“ Do you know what happened yesterday?” asked my wife while I was watching the news.
It is always the same when men want to watch news , women find millions of stories to tell you about. To keep it short, I did like you all do; I didn’t answer.
“ You heard me” she asks again with her finger drilling my shoulder to get my attention,
I took a deep breath, decreased the TV volume and asked “what?”
“The one that I had a meeting with, was a waste of time as you told me”
“ Seeeee! I told you he is stupid , but you don’t listen, you just don’t listen ”I was so proud that I already told her.

“Let me open the jar I know how to do it , I’ve been doing this for 15 years, please sweetie” my wife was begging me, I didn’t want to give her the jar, but my arm is numb already.
“ I’m fine, it will open, wait a bit” you know I used everything, towels, tissues , my shirt, you know putting the jar under the shirt and squeezing, I was totally ready to lose my shirt to prove that I’m a handy person which equals : I’m the man.
At the end she took the jar and opened it smoothly.”You opened it, but I loosen things for you”

“Sweetie do you know what happened today?” I was so excited to tell my wife what happened.
“What?” she answered but without turning and looking at me , she was busy watching TV
“ I am talking to you?” I shouted
“wait a bit I’m watching this scene”
“You don’t listen, this is not acceptable…” I started shouting louder and louder.
At the end I slept on the sofa.
